M4G worked with Gretsch Guitars on 4 full days of events & activations at the SXSW Music Festival. We facilitated artist relations & product demo opportunities as well as consumer-facing marketing. We were tasked with helping Gretsch make in-roads into the indie rock community, building on relationships it has established with legendary artists including George Harrison and Neil Young. At day parties and an evening showcase with performances by dozens of rising bands, we put together a welcoming green-room area where artists including Margo Price, the Big Pink, Bob Moses, Car Seat Headrest, Everything Everything and others relaxed, checked out the newest Gretsch guitars and filmed video content for Gretsch’s website & social media channels.
