Laura (M.A., Communications) has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, events planning, and journalism. She has worked with renowned brands including Red Bull to promote their culture initiatives and to incorporate cause-marketing and charitable initiatives into their activations. She has also helped numerous nonprofits including Easterseals, WaterAid, MALDEF and The Levitt Foundation tell their stories and effectively promote their programs to the media, donors, and general audiences.

As a journalist, Laura served as the West Coast Editor for renowned British music magazine NME, a staff writer for The Press Enterprise, and has contributed to the Los Angeles Times, Yahoo Entertainment, Variety, Rolling Stone, IGN.com, LA Weekly, Nylon and more.

Laura has a true passion for storytelling, which started with a third-grade writing assignment to imagine traveling in a time machine and has continued throughout her life. In an interesting twist of fate, she ghost wrote messages for Prince Charles and wrote talking points for Vice President Al Gore. Connecting brands, artists and nonprofits is another of her passions.
