Our Executive Team

M4G is made up of music marketing, branding and non-profit experts. Our management team has more than 25 years of combined experience in entertainment and marketing. We draw on our extensive network of contacts to most effectively achieve our clients’ marketing goals.

Laura Ferreiro, Founder
Laura (M.A., Communications) has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations, events planning, music promotion and journalism. She has managed events and public awareness campaigns for the NME Music Awards concert with Jane’s Addiction, the New Noise Music Festival with Massive Attack and Fitz & the Tantrums, the Mexican American Legal Defense Fund’s Census Outreach Campaign launch from Ellis Island, and for one of world’s leading charities, WaterAid.  Laura has also managed culture and music initiatives for Red Bull, and has been a media liaison for such dignitaries as Vice President Al Gore and Prince Charles.

As NME’s West Coast Editor and a writer for Yahoo, Variety, Los Angeles Times, LA Weekly, Rolling Stone, IGN.com, Nylon and more, she has worked with countless renowned bands, and now connects them with brands and charities they can proudly endorse.

Laura’s marketing experience also extends to the fields of consumer products, technology, health care and travel.

Robert Gleim
An avid music fan and marketing expert, Robert has more than 15 years of marketing experience in the advertising, music and publishing industries. In the late ‘90s he helped launch a brick-and-mortar company that eventually went public. He served as vice president of marketing and sales for Under the Radar magazine, working alongside many record labels and brands to create customized marketing campaigns, which included event planning, media placements and strategic advertising campaigns. His ability to assess each client’s needs based on their objectives and goals provides the groundwork to help each of M4G’s customers create the most successful campaigns, build on their brand and establish relationships with charities. He has worked closely with top-level brands such as JanSport, Shure, PRS Guitars and Keds.
